Apprentices Training

Apprentices train and work here in full compliance with state regulations under licensed supervision.

When booking, please be aware that services may be performed by an apprentice. Clear notices will be posted, and you’ll always know who you’re booked with.

Apprentice services are offered at full price. We set that standard from the beginning so their growth is respected and valued, not discounted. As their skill develops, your expectations and respect for their work should grow with them.

We ask that all clients show professionalism and respect to our apprentices as they build their craft.






NO SHOW POLICY / 10min Grace period

At Valor & Virtue Men's Studio, we value professionalism, respect, and everyone’s time. To protect our schedule and accommodate serious clients, a card is required on file for all appointments.

No-shows and last-minute cancellations will result in a charge of 65% of the scheduled service cost due to lost appointment time. If you need to reschedule within six hours of your appointment, we understand life happens and will do our best to work with you.

However, repeated cancellations, reschedules, or no-shows will result in charges being applied and may lead to refusal of future bookings.

We believe mutual respect matters. As a business owner, Michael understands not all business is good business, just as he understands he may not be everyone’s barber. If ongoing issues with attendance continue, we may respectfully choose to part ways professionally.

Respect 

Is important to us, if you cannot Respect our time, we will not provide service to you, and we will gladly share that with you. 

 

We reserve the right

To refuse service to anyone disrespectful to our staff or clients.

Skin/Scalp Conditions

Our barbers are trained to recognize certain skin and scalp conditions. For the safety of all clients, they are instructed to express any concerns and may respectfully decline service if a medical condition poses a potential risk to public health.

Sickness

If you're feeling sick, feverish, or contagious, we ask that you reschedule or refrain from booking.

Barbers' Capabilities
Every barber at our shop understands their individual skill set. We've asked them not to begin any service they aren't fully confident in performing. This isn’t a reflection of poor service; it simply means that a particular barber may not be the right fit for your specific needs. We may have another barber on the team with the exact skill you're looking for, and we’re happy to help you find the right match.
